Michael is an early career post-Doctoral researcher at the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact at the University of Northampton. His background is in the exploring social enterprise ecosystems, as well as the evaluating the impact of youth-based interventions, particularly those targeted at the socially disadvantaged. He has led research in cross-cultural contexts and works on the University of Northampton’s evaluation of its Access and Participation Plan. He has additionally worked on research projects funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Global Challenges Research Fund, and the Premier League.
