Ami Montgomery is the Research Project Manager for the Mobile Arts for Peace (MAP) Project at the University of Lincoln. Ami is a passionate and highly motivated professional with successful leadership experience, both in Primary and Higher Education. During the last twelve years, Ami has worked in the Education sector as an empowered advocate for equality, social justice, and social inclusion, with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion in the context of Primary Education in the UK, English as an Additional Language (EAL) in Initial Teacher Education (ITE) at both Primary & Secondary stage, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) in Further, Higher and International Education. During this time, Ami has gained substantial project management knowledge and valuable professional experience of the array of quality education and inclusive practice in the sector. Prior to joining the University of Lincoln, Ami held the position Associate Dean for International and Head of Programmes for the Arts and Humanities portfolio of programmes at Bishop Grossetete University (BGU).
