Padepokan Ciliwung Condet (PCC) was established as a foundation in 2020 with a concern for culture and the environment that upholds cultural, social, educational, and humanitarian values. PCC thrives to support the community, environment, and Betawi culture, especially in Condet village.
Among its various efforts, PCC’s activities are centred on several areas including preserving endemic plants, maintaining the surrounding natural ecosystem, providing bimbel education services to people in need, preserving Betawi cultural arts (lenong, condet batik, etc.) and presenting them to a wide audience, and building the creative economy of the community by preserving Betawi culinary specialities.
