Rendiansyah Putra Dinata

Rendi is a Social Worker and Advocacy Practitioner in Save the Children Indonesia with more than 8 years of experience in the child rights issue. He provides technical assistance for the National and Sub National Governments to strengthen the child protection system including promoting meaningful child participation. He led the team to support the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA) to develop the technical guideline on child participation in the development process and revision of the technical guideline for Children Forum (Forum Anak). He worked with Children and Youth Advisory Network (CYAN) and Advocacy Team Save the Children Indonesia to initiate the learning model for climate change literation, action, and advocacy called SEKOCI/Sekolah Cerdas Iklim (Smart Climate School) and improved CYAN capacity to disseminate “SEKOCI” to the National and Sub National Government and Global Forum. He is also a professional trainer on advocacy, child protection, child safeguarding policy, and psychosocial support and experienced to develop module and learning management system (e-learning). In 2019, Rendi gained the predicate of “Best Social Worker” at the national level from the Ministry of Social Affairs.
