Nurgul Sultanova

Nurgul Sultanova is a coordinator in the frame of Mobile arts for Peace project in the Osh Branch office of the FTI. She has been engaged with many programs and projects aimed at strengthening the role of youth in peacebuilding, leadership capacity development, inclusion of youth in decision-making processes and conducting advocacy campaigns. Nurgul has about 10 years of practical work experience in this sphere. She provides support to young people to conduct research among their peers, share experiences and bring the voice of youth to policy makers through using the art.
