Photo sequencing & framing workshop

On July 26 2023, the Visualising Peace project held a series of exercises with trainers, young people and film crew to learn about photo sequencing and framing: both skills useful in film production.

Young people learnt about how to think through ordering images in a film in relation to building a story and creating affect.

The images show the workshop in action, including ice breakers and learning about the project. They were taken by Tom Martin. The films will be shared at an exhibition with key stakeholders in early 2024.

You can enjoy the final films here.

If you are interested in holding a similar workshop, please get in touch.
