Production Day 1 for Film 2: Family Conflict

On August 5 2023, the Visualising Peace project began shooting the video “Family Conflict”. This film is concerned with mental health issues and ways to address these within the family unit.

Students and Kwetu film crew storyboarded and scripted the film in advance, and spent the day on location in the hills above Kigali.

The images show filming in action as well as the actors and crew on completion of filming . They were taken by Tom Martin. The intention is that these films will be shared at an exhibition with key stakeholders in early 2024.

You can enjoy the final film here.

If you are interested in running a similar workshop please get in touch.
